about

Therapy Sessions is a culmination of the influential funk, soul, jazz, and rock sounds from my childhood, which in turn led me to produce my own brand of funk that I call PhunkBoogieBang.

It’s a mixture of the funk that makes you get up and boogie and the bass sound has a smooth floaty bang to it which hovers over the groove… Mix that with my ability to take my pain, stress, joy, and happiness and put it all together in song format to release what I’m feeling — in hopes that it will also help somebody else out there who chooses to latch onto my words and my sound. In Therapy Sessions, I hope you find your peace and therapy through the groove.
